Our Immediate Task is to Live a Dedicated Spiritual Life
and at the Same Time Hold A High Vision

At this time in the collective life of our society, each of us has a dual work to do while never forgetting we are living in a time of wonder and challenge. It has been called The Time of Blessings because the opportunity to transform more quickly, to make great strides in a short period of time, and to be a blessing to others is there almost day to day.  

The old paradigm is dying; a new one struggles to be born. We hear this every day, but do we understand our part in all this? Fear is a sign that we are on the cutting edge, advancing into what I call a new mental room. We face a new frontier just as we did with the industrial age, the space age, and the other “new” periods. And they are coming faster and faster as our own mental mechanism can now process more rapidly.  

We will hear a lot about Pluto, the modern ruler of Scorpio later this week. Pluto represents the descent into the Underworld, the unknown terrain of the unconscious. We are entering a new and different kind of purgatory where we will see how confused we have been about values. Our collective has lost sight of the meaning of the sacred in daily life and we must “right” ourselves to go forward.   We have just experienced the contrasts between the past and the future in this election. John McCain, had he have won the election would have been the oldest man to ever be inaugurated as president, and Barack Obama, the first biracial candidate, is one of the youngest ever elected.

We have all observed the struggle our people have had in listening to differing points of few and being challenged to make such a big decision. We will now deal with the outcome in creative ways as we begin anew.

In U.S. history we see the old and the new, Saturn and Uranus oppose each other only every 45 years, and the first of five exact oppositions occurred on Nov. 4, 2008, the very day of the presidential election. This dynamic alignment will be repeated several more times before their work is done, and each time, these two planets will dance in our lives.    

We are to refuse to be frightened by the upheavals of the outer world. Pluto would have us know it is not the real world, that there is no death, and that our body is the real self. I suspect as we watch science and spirituality coming more in tune with one another, science (Aquarius) will be significant in helping us see through the veils a bit more clearly.  

Our part is to consciously hold ourselves within a beam of light each day to keep from forgetting our true nature. The deep sea diver has to remember to breathe through the oxygen tube when down deep in the water; the astronaut has to remain tethered to the space ship when he or she is out in space. We are equally lost if we forget “we are not the body, we are the soul.”  

To be deeply personal with you today, I would remind you that what has been achieved through Sancta Sophia is remarkable. The dedication to the higher world has been held here daily for 27 years. Right here we have had meditations each morning, services on Sunday, planetary meditations, rosaries, vigils, and special services for years dedicated to the Lord Christ and the Masters of the higher world. We belong to the higher worlds. It is to that Source we look for our strength and our supply, and that is the Source we serve.  

In the years ahead things will change; we will find new ways to do things, new people, and new opportunities. We reach out to one another through new technologies. We will adjust, change and welcome new people to the Work. But for now we must hold the space in which the new is to happen. You and I are care-takers of the future; for humanity and for the Masters.  

Sparrow Hawk Village is one of the older and more stable communities in the U.S. There are others that are outstanding as well, and we are friends with many of them. Communities will learn to network more, to assist each other more readily, and to be supportive and encouraging as the society around us makes adjustments. It is foolish to be prepared for the future physically if we are not prepared spiritually. Trust, caring, bonding, and honor build community and so wherever we live these are the characteristics we are to seek.  

It is a time for each of us to ask ourselves how to pledge our support to the work we believe in. The next few years will call for the best we have to give. And I understand as I stand here that we are not the only group that desires your support. Your challenge is to trust what is correct for you and to make a sincere commitment. It is honorable and necessary that each of us do the inner alignment to the Christ and support what is significant for us. Certainly I pray your support will be with us, but I understand we each have other demands as well.  

You have worked to prepare yourself to serve as a Sage, a Wise One and a coworker to those around you. Now is the time to think of yourself as an outpost of the Holy ones. You are a disciple of the higher world who will work in the world as asked. We responded when called; we must not weaken as challenges arrive.  

Sancta Sophia is dedicated to Master Morya and the Divine Feminine.

Remember Mother Mary is a master on the 7th Ray, and the time of the Divine Feminine is becoming ever more clearly sensed in the world in which we live. We lose sight of this from time to time, and perhaps we do not say this frequently enough, but it is so.  

Schools such as ours, persons such as you and me, are precious in the eyes of the Masters. We are an investment to them. They have attracted us, studied our karma, blessed and challenged us so that we are ready for the opportunities that are presented. Yes, these days are opportunities and we must stay aligned to that awareness.  

We are to worship Christ-Sophia in Spirit and in Truth. We are to be astute in the ways of the material world, but not to be captivated by its allure. Our allegiance will be tested and we shall stay true to our higher destiny.  

To hold the Vision, to anchor it at the highest level we can—while the rest of humanity wakes up—helping in the ways we can, is our chore. There is a new civilization, the one of Love-Caring that is trying to anchor itself within our collective. This is not just a biblical idea, it is an evolutionary one.  

To the Masters this is a great time; any of us that get to participate are richly honored. It is a dream being born. Not just our dream but the dream of the higher reality. Old standards are to be replaced with a higher standard, a greater awareness and greater Love-Wisdom.    

We are to respond one day at a time, one telephone call, and one email at a time, and we shall. We shall bear witness to the divine love that has made Itself known to us. And having known such love, we will allow it to move through ourselves and into the lives of others.  

You and I have lived blessed lives; we are to recognize this and turn to those about us and bless them. We already know what is ours to do; now we only have to do it. Our guidance is strong, and we are willing, and this is what the Wise Ones ask of us.  

For years we have waited for this day, for this time, preparing ourselves for our moment of service. We have girded ourselves with the vestures of the holy and in the name of Christ Sophia, Love Wisdom, we are ready.  

Each year we give all we have—in energy, money, effort—and each year sees us begin again. This is as it has been and will be. We meet our challenges well and we will be restored.  

I would like to see each of you find one new individual with whom you can share. In today’s world few will have the opportunity for private tutoring, but if you awaken one, you have served the greater cause.  

Thank you for having come so far in this blessed venture with us. Let us rejoice in the goodness we have seen, and let us go forth, knowing we have done a great work and done it well.
